TMED-II — plant line installation
Over one hundred machines received, rigged, set, connected and commissioned across the plant's production lines — inside a facility that was already running.
Valve body line — full installation
Complete valve body machining line installed and connected — machines set on line, utilities run to each station and handed over in production.
Die casting machine — turnkey installation
A die casting machine delivered turnkey: civil foundation, rigging and utility connections.
Converter housing line (IVT) — full installation
Full installation of the 8-speed IVT converter housing machining line — FANUC Robodrill cells and MAKINO machining centres off-loaded, uncrated, rigged into position, set and connected.
Anodizing machine installation — valve body line
Anodizing machine installed for the valve body production line: foundation, supporting steel structure, machine mounting, electrical and HVAC connections, and setup.
3-tonne gantry crane — design and build
A 3 t gantry crane designed, fabricated and installed over a mould repair bay, in service the same year.
Press rigging and installation
Heavy press moved in and set on site, rigged with paired cranes and delivered on our own lowboy.
